Effusive & Friends offer refunds on all full priced items/orders within 28 days of in store receipt for a full refund or a store credit.

If you purchased using a welcome or any other discount code or during a store wide sale, you will only be eligible for a store credit.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). Effusive & Friends has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions.

Important note: Effusive can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place. If you bring back an item and it is not in it's original condition ie it has makeup stains, we will not be able to process your return.
