How often do you launch new arrivals?

We aim to launch new arrivals every season, however we take pride in making sure everything is perfect (and cute), so sometimes things can take a little longer.

Do you restock sold our items?

Sometimes! It really depends on how much you all hassle us to bring a style or colour back. ;)

If you love something, send us a DM or email us at support@effusive.com.au  we’ll stock-take, chat it through as a team, and see what we can make happen.

Where are your stores located?

Our hero store is located at Suite 48, 20 - 32 Lake Street, Village Lane, Cairns QLD 4870.

 

You can also find Effusive stocked in a small selection of boutiques around Australia,  send us a message and we’ll let you know where.

Are all your styles your own?

100000% Everything you purchase from Effusive is an exclusive! We design all of our pieces right here in Australia in our Hero store which is based in Cairns, QLD.

Shipping & Delivery

How long after ordering will be items be shipped?

Our amazing team are pretty speedy! We try to get all orders out within 24 hours of them being placed. During busy sale periods or bigger collection launches it make take us a little longer to get orders out due to volume. During these periods, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped, rest assured we pack as quickly as we can!

Is there free shipping?

Yes, we offer free Aus shipping on orders above $200

Do you ship internationally?

It depends! At the moment, we ship to a select number of countries, you can check if your address is eligible at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Is your favourite pastime tracking your delivery? Because same. Orders within Australia delivered by Australia Post can be tracked here.

 

If you have purchased a pre-order item, you will receive a follow up email with tracking and courier details once this item has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, Effusive offers refunds on full priced orders. If you shopped using a discount code you will be eligible for a store credit.

Who pays the shipping costs for my return?

At this stage, customers will be responsible to pay for their return shipping.

How long is your return period?

Once your parcel arrives at your door you have 14 days to send it back to us for a return.

How long will it take for me return to be processed?

Please allow 5-10 business days from delivery for our team to process your return.
